Sad news...

Just heard this morning that Mike Turner passed away last night. Though Mike and I weren't close friends, we got along, and hung out a few times over the years. He was a great guy, and I really can't believe he lost the battle with his illness. Pretty shocked right now.

I saw him twice, about 4 yrs apart. Both times he was super nice, smiling, and looked like he really enjoyed life and what he was doing.

He will be missed.

Oh my God! Not Mike! I always felt he would beat his illness. I didn't know him at all, but I always read every interview to see how he was doing and what he was up to. I know people who knew him and there was never a bad thing said about him from the folks who knew him.

It's hard to be positive right now, but all I can say is that he isn't suffereing anymore.
