Saw 'Hellboy 2' over the weekend, and am still digesting it. Visually, amazing; Del Toro certainly knows how to make a good looking movie. I thought that story-wise, it was a bit thin, and somewhat choppily edited- there was a weird overall rhythm to the movie. And I thought humor was over the top, perhaps a bit too much. Overall, a solid 'B', if you're looking for a grade.
And another great journal entry by Karen K. Check it out! [link]

Must be really young -- always best to work on paper the inker is happy with for the best results. Probably why I started do so much of the drawing on bond before lightboxing onto bristol -- reduces the wear, tear and oil on the artboards in advance of the inker starting.
There's no flow with markers. Hope it gets easier as you go.
